Delivery Options
We offer 3 different delivery options:
- Next Day Delivery: orders must be placed by 12 noon to ensure next working day delivery *
- Rapid Delivery: 48-72 Hour Delivery *
- Standard Delivery: 1 man kerbside delivery. We aim to deliver within 1 week. We will contact you with an exact delivery date as soon as possible. Standard Delivery is made by our own vans, not a courier.
* For Next Day and Rapid Delivery, we may use a 3rd party courier.
Due to the fragile nature of kitchen appliances, we will not post appliances. Our delivery service wherever possible uses trained, directly employed personnel using our own vehicles to avoid damage. If your delivery address is not in our delivery area you will need to organise your own collection.
For major kitchen appliances this is a one-man kerb-side delivery service. For items under 80kg in weight our driver will move the appliance to the point of entry to your property providing there is clear and safe access. This is at the driver's discretion. Our drivers are trained to be as helpful as possible within reasonable health and safety parameters.
Naturally we reserve the right not to deliver should the delivery route put the goods at risk of damage.
For items over 80kg you will need to organize your own labour to receive the goods from our delivery vehicle. (Our driver will assist) We may be able to price for other types of delivery, please contact us.
We cannot provide timed deliveries, however we do provide a free call-ahead service to contact you 1 hour before delivery.
You will need to let us know who will be signing for delivery. For all deliveries access is required for a 7.5ton lorry.
All delivery charges are non-refundable.

Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver because:
- Your nominated signatory is not there
- There is no access
- Delivery is refused
We will return the goods to our warehouse for your collection. Alternatively re-delivery can be booked. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery rate of up to £65 per item.
